ʻOhana Healing Series: Lā'au Lapa'au

Liliʻuokalani Center

Lāʻau Lapaʻau invites ʻohana (family) to rediscover Native Hawaiian healing traditions as part of a collective journey toward well-being. This program blends hands-on learning with cultural teachings to deepen understanding of how lāʻau lapaʻau supports mauli ola (healthy living)

As part of the ʻOhana Healing Practices series, you’ll explore the wisdom of ancestral practices alongside contemporary approaches that make healing accessible today. Through guided activities and shared experiences, families learn together, strengthening pilina and cultural pride.

The goal is simple yet powerful: to nurture a healer in every home. By embracing these practices, ʻohana carry forward knowledge, resilience, and aloha into their daily lives and communities.

Come learn, connect, and grow in a space where tradition meets care. Your journey toward healing starts here.
